In connection with the declaration of 2026 as the “Year of Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”, and with the aim of widely promoting the symbolic and ideological significance of the year, a celebratory meeting was held at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute.

The event emphasized that, owing to the consistent efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and the Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the Ahal-Teke horse has become a principal national symbol of Turkmenistan in the new historical era, embodying the inseparable continuity between generations and epochs.

The designation of 2026 as the “Year of Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”, was described as a timely and well-considered decision. During this year, the Turkmen people will once again unite closely around the National Leader and the Honorable President, confidently advancing toward new milestones with accelerated momentum.

Speakers at the actively conducted celebratory meeting extended their sincere congratulations to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, and the entire nation on the arrival of the new year — 2026 — and on the adoption of its official slogan. It was noted that, as a result of the initiatives of Hero Arkadag, the tradition of assigning each year a modern and meaningful title has become a noble national practice. This tradition reflects the well-being of the population, strengthens patriotic consciousness among citizens, and reinforces public commitment to participating in the large-scale socio-economic reforms being implemented during the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State.

In the current era of progress, significant transformations have been carried out across the national economy, and a solid foundation for sustainable development has been established. The achievements attained by the Motherland during the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State are being inscribed in golden letters in the modern history of the country.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants expressed their heartfelt wishes for good health and long life to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, whose visionary leadership guides the nation toward a bright future and great achievements, and wished continued success in their historic endeavors.
