Under the wise leadership of our Esteemed President, in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, great deeds are being successfully accomplished in maintaining and comprehensively supporting political stability worldwide, strengthening global peace, security, and developing good-neighborly, friendly, and cooperative relations. The noble initiatives and proposals regarding peace, security, energy, and ecology put forward by our Motherland, which possesses the legal status of permanent Neutrality, enjoy broad international support.
In the book of Hero-Arkadag titled “Turkmenistan on the Way to Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals”, it is particularly emphasized that Turkmenistan was one of the first countries in the region to adapt global targets, resulting in the implementation of 17 SDGs, 148 targets, and 175 indicators. It is an encouraging fact that a Working Group on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations has been established in Turkmenistan, and vast efforts as well as relevant international conferences are currently being carried out to effectively fulfill tasks in this area.
In this regard, under the wise leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, bringing science—the driving force of our development—to the world level, as well as identifying educated, broad-minded, and talented students, the III International Scientific Project Competition via Digital System titled “Agro-innovations: Bright Path to Sustainable Development”, organized by the Turkmen Agricultural Institute among students of higher educational institutions of our country and foreign states in the year “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – Realm of Swift Steeds”, will undoubtedly be of great importance.

VI. Formation and Function of the Central Organizing
The Turkmen Agricultural Institute establishes a Central Organizing Committee to organize and execute the competition. The committee includes responsible staff from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, as well as professors, instructors, and researchers from national and international universities conducting agricultural research.
The Central Organizing Committee provides overall supervision of the organization, execution, and conclusion of the competition. In case of conflicting evaluations, the committee establishes an appeals committee composed of specialists from the Central Organizing Committee and jury members. The decision of the appeals committee is final upon approval by the Central Organizing Committee. The committee also submits proposals for rewarding winners, active participants, and organizers.
The Central Organizing Committee summarizes and analyzes the scientific project entries received in Stage I and announces the list of candidates qualified for Stage II.
When evaluating students' scientific projects, the Central Organizing Committee assesses them based on the following criteria:
| Criteria | Requirement | Points | Maximum score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Relevance of the Project | The project addresses relevant contemporary issues, provides an innovative solution, and represents a novel approach to the problem. | 4 | 4 |
| A new and relevant problem is formulated, but the solution is incomplete; however, the solution was executed independently. | 3 | ||
| A solution to new and relevant problems is found, but achieved using existing methods. | 2 | ||
| The problem is not new and a solution exists, but the participant proposes their own solution. | 1 | ||
| The problem is not new, and the participant's proposed solution is similar to existing ones. | 0,5 | ||
