III Internet Olympiad in Geodesy

In order to develop the digital education system in our country, improve the teaching of subjects related to natural and exact sciences, as well as identify talented students, send them to scientific research, deepen knowledge in geodesy, create effective interaction between higher educational institutions of our country in this area, The III Internet Olympiad in Geodesy was held among students.

Among the higher educational institutions of the country, the event was attended by students of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, International university of oil and gas named after Yagshygeldy Kakaev, Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A.Niyazov, Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, Turkmen Agricultural Institute, Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan and Turkmen National Institute of World Language named after Dovletmammet Azadi.

Using the capabilities of the digital system, student competitors demonstrated their skills in the subject by solving questions consisting of 75 test questions on the website https://tohi.nesil.edu.tm/. Of all the participants, 20 students performed successfully, 3 of them took first place, 7 took second place, 10 took third place. As a result of the competition, Sona Arazgeldieva, a 4th year student of the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, Aysoltan Durdymammedova, a 3rd year student of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, and Bilbil Abdyeva, a 1st year student of the same university, were able to take first place.

At the end of the competition, all participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating all the conditions for fruitful work and creativity. They also wished them good health, long life, and success in their large-scale government activities.
