Scientific and practical conference was held under the name “Harvest Festival – a holiday of creative labor, prosperity, and unity”

The scientific and practical conference “Harvest Festival – a holiday of creative labor, prosperity, and unity” held at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute on November 4, 2024, was a celebration of developments and achievements in the agricultural sector of our country. During this event, the dissemination of profound scientific ideas and the promotion of new initiatives dedicated to the development of the agricultural sector in our country and the state’s policy in this area were of great importance.

The conference began with a general session, where the lecturers and students of the institute discussed pressing issues and opportunities for growth in the agricultural sector. The achievements of the agricultural sector of the country, the introduction of new technologies in agriculture, as well as new proposals for the efficient use of land and water resources were discussed.

Then the conference continued in five parts:

1. Harvest Festival - a holiday of prosperity and unity.

This section emphasized the importance of the Harvest Festival, its significance as a celebration of the creative labor of agricultural workers. The Harvest Festival is not only a holiday of prosperity, but also a symbol of the unity and solidarity of the people. It was emphasized that the development of our people, based on national principles, is based on prosperity.

2. Sustainable food abundance is the guarantee of a happy life for our people.

The second part discussed the work being done to ensure food security in our country. Discussions revolved around state-implemented projects aimed at achieving food abundance, methods for ensuring sustainable development in agriculture, and improving the quality of food products.

3. Fertile Turkmen land is the source of a happy life.

The third part highlighted the fertility of Turkmen land, discussing the results of scientific research on developing the agricultural sector and optimizing soil and climate conditions to boost crop yields.

4. Important issues of developing the agricultural sector on a scientific basis
.

In the fourth part, ideas were put forward on the challenges and opportunities for developing the agricultural sector on a scientific basis. Emphasis was placed on the introduction of new agricultural technologies, the possibilities of local and international cooperation, and the contribution of scientific research to production

5. Efficient use of land and water resources is the need of the period.

The fifth section discussed issues related to the efficient use of land and water resources, their restoration and protection. The lecturers who spoke in this area emphasized the importance of introducing modern technologies and achieving environmentally friendly production.

The scientific and practical conference “Harvest Festival – a holiday of creative labor, prosperity, and unity” held at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute gave a great impetus to the development of the agricultural sector, introducing new scientific perspectives and developing important solutions. This event is a prime example of the creative labor and unity of our people. The Harvest Festival is not only a holiday of the fertile Turkmen land, but also a celebration of the labor victories of our happy people.
