Held a scientific-practical conference “The Permanent Neutrality of Independent Turkmenistan — a guarantee of the stability of our State and the well-being of our People”

A scientific-practical seminar was held on December 9, 2024, at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute in honor of the International Neutrality Day of Turkmenistan. The seminar was attended by the academic and teaching staff of the institute, as well as students, and focused on the topic “The Permanent Neutrality of Independent Turkmenistan - a guarantee of the Stability of our state and the well-being of our people.”

Аt the scientific event, the plenary session of the scientific-practical conference was at the Cultural Center of the institute. The plenary session was opened by B. Kurbanov, the head of the Science department, who acquainted the participants of the scientific-practical seminar with the agenda of the general meeting and delivered a detailed scientific report on the achievements of Turkmenistan in politics and economics during the years of Independence and Neutrality. Then, at the meeting, speeches were made by A. Musaev, a teacher at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, senior lecturer A. Tagandyrdiyeva, G. Gurjiyev, G. Myradov, A. Artykova, A. Atajumayeva, and student M. Muhammetmuraov from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute. The ceremonial session was then concluded by B. Kurbanov, who once again congratulated the participants on the upcoming International Neutrality Day of Turkmenistan. He then noted that the scientific-practical conference “Permanent Neutrality of Independent Turkmenistan – a guarantee of stability our state and the well-being of our people” would continue in five sections. The plenary session was concluded with a musical and artistic performance by the student group of the Cultural Center of the institute.

The scientific-practical conference continued in five sections, namely: the first section on the topic “The foreign policy of the esteemed President – a reliable foundation for ensuring peace in the region and the stable development of our country.” The second section on the topic “Permanent Neutrality – an unbreakable foundation of peaceful international relations,” and the third section on the topic “Permanent Neutrality – a reliable foundation for the dynamic development of Independent Turkmenistan,” the fourth section on the topic “Achievements in the System of Science and Education in our Eternal Neutral statehood,” and the fifth section on the topic “The development of agricultural science in Neutral Turkmenistan under the leadership of the Esteemed President” featured scientific reports.

A total of 82 presentations were scheduled for the scientific-practical seminar, including 76 reports by teacher and 6 by students. The speakers in the sections effectively used technical tools, such as slides, to present their reports, which made the conference engaging and interesting for the participants. At the end of the sessions, the most impressive presentations selected and recognized as the “Most Impressive Presentations of the Session.” The participants of the scientific-practical conference expressed their gratitude to the esteemed Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating such opportunities and conditions for work, study and creativity.
