PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WAS TAKEN IN THE DASHOGUZ VELAYAT STATE VETERINARY SERVICE

The country pays special attention to the agricultural sector, including livestock farming. Accordingly, work is needed for the comprehensive development of veterinary medicine, which is one of the important branches of agricultural science.

As a result of the excellent initiatives of the President, large-scale reforms are being carried out in agriculture, which is one of the main sectors of the country’s national economy. In addition, the modernization policy is being implemented in livestock farming, and the importance of this industry in providing the country’s population with necessary food products is increasing every day. In this regard, the efforts of the Turkmen leader to improve livestock and poultry breeds, improve veterinary care for livestock, and improve the quality of feed products are of particular importance.

The very creation of the State Veterinary Service in the country creates great opportunities for carrying out effective work to modernize livestock farming, achieving the quality and safety of livestock products. In the development of livestock farming, of course, first of all it is necessary to strengthen the country’s rich food supply, increase the productivity of livestock and poultry, and protect them from diseases. The development of livestock farming is directly related to veterinary medicine.

Veterinarians are trained at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute. This activity is carried out in accordance with the tasks set our Estumed President for the development of science and education in the veterinary system. This is of great importance from the point of view of protecting animals from diseases in various areas of animal husbandry, ensuring the veterinary and sanitary welfare of livestock products, and preventing diseases that can be transmitted from animals to humans.

On November 9, 2023, professors and teachers of our institute underwent industrial training according to the plan of veterinary specialists of the Dashoguz velayat state veterinary service. Tirkemyrat Atayev, teacher of the Department of Animal Husbandry, “Advanced methods of bacteriological research”, Meretmat Meretmadov, senior teacher of the Department of Diagnostics and Treatment of Animal Diseases, “Introduction of new scientific innovations and digital technologies in veterinary medicine”, Aydyn Kuryazova, teacher of the Department of Animal Husbandry “Modern methods of conducting clinical laboratory research on animals”, Orazhan Kurbanova, a teacher at the department of diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases, and Ilmyrat Saparmedov, a teacher at the same department “Treatment and preventive measures for diseases of farm animals” made effective presentations. He discussed a number of issues related to industrial production and scientific activities in the field of veterinary medicine.

The conducted industrial training will make a great contribution to the development of the livestock industry, which is one of the main branches of agriculture in the country, and the implementation of continuous reforms in this area.

We, teachers and scientists of our higher educational institution, guided by the wisdom of our Esteemed President, will direct all our knowledge and efforts to train qualified specialists devoted to our Motherland and people for the development of the country’s agriculture.

I am infinitely grateful to our Esteemed President for bringing the country’s agricultural sector to the pinnacle of development and attaching special importance to the development of livestock farming. May the work of our Arkadagly Serdar always be successful!

Meretmat MERETMADOV
