An international scientific project competition named “Agroinnovations: the Way for Sustainable Development” was held via the digital system

During the Revival of the new epoch of the Powerful state, as the result of the tireless efforts of our Hero Arkadag, and Honorable President Arkadagly Hero Serdar large-scale work is being carried out in the field of development of the science and education system. All necessary opportunities are created to encourage the youth to engage in scientific activities and improve the scientific knowledge and professional skills of the young generation. Based on such opportunities being created, in the year “The Fount of Wisdom-Magtymguly Pyragy”, on October 16-17, 2024, a scientific project competition named "Agroinnovations: the Way for Sustainable Development " was held among the students of the higher education institutions of the country and foreign countries via the digital system at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute. A total of 51 scientific projects from 27 higher educational institutions of nine foreign countries, and a total of 100 scientific projects from 16 higher educational institutions of our Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan state were recommended to this international competition.

On the first day of the competition, the participants acquainted with the exhibition that describes the development of the agricultural sector of the country. Then, at the opening ceremony of the competition, the rector of the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, D. Yolov, gave a congratulatory speech to the participants of the international competition. Rector of Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnologies, Professor H. Yunusov spoke at the opening ceremony of the international scientific project competition held via the digital system. The head of the jury of the competition - chief specialist of the Department of Agrarian Reforms, Agricultural Science and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, candidate of agricultural sciences G. Yusupov spoke at the ceremony and wished success to all participants of the competition.

In the second half of the day, at the competition " Agroinnovations: the Way for Sustainable Development", scientific projects of foreign participants were heard and analyzed between students of higher educational institutions of our country and foreign countries.

On the second day of the competition, the students of the higher educational institutions of our country performed their scientific-project works prepared for the competition.The results of the competition were summarized in three areas. In the field of agricultural projects, five students from foreign and higher education institutions of our country won first place, thirteen students won second place, and sixteen students won third place. Sokolov Stepan Anatolyevich, a student of the Tver State Agricultural Academy, Sabrina Vladimirovna, a student of the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University, Berdiyeva Bahar Bagtiyarovna, a student of the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, Atahanov Bagtiyar Yazgeldiyevich, a student of Institute of Engineering, Transport and Communications of Turkmenistan, Gromov Nikita Mikhailovich, a student of the Chuvash State Agrarian University won the first place.

Yelena Yevgenevna Abzalilova, a student of the Bashkir State Agrarian University, and Jalilov Baghi Vahid, a student of the Ural State University of Economics, won the 1st place in the field of business projects of the international scientific project competition.

Hematullayev Ozodbek Utkurovich, a student of the Samarkand State Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnologies University and Ashyrgeldi Atayev a student of the Tokai university won the 1st place in the field of IT projects of the international scientific project competition.

Such competitions are of great importance in developing the agriculture of the country on a scientific basis, strengthening scientific-educational cooperation between world countries, and strengthening friendship between nations.
