Scientific and practical conference was held with name "Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag are the reliable foundation of the stability of the country"

During the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful state, our flag waving in our peaceful sky is the embodiment of our people´s dreams of statehood since centuries.

As a result of the tremendous efforts of the President, festive events and scientific-practical conferences were celebrated in our country.

Celebrations on the occasion of the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan were spread in all regions of the country today. These events were a clear symbol of our nation´s unwavering integrity and unity, and adherence to the wise wills of our forefathers. The spirit of the participants of the events revealed the boundless pride of our people in our Independent and Neutral Motherland, which is confidently advancing towards new levels of development and prosperity under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The Day of Constitution and State Flag is celebrated in Turkmenistan every year on May 18. This date is dedicated to the day of adoption of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and approval of the State Flag in 1992.

The State Flag of Turkmenistan is well known all over the world. In it, national tones harmoniously combine with universal spiritual values, acquire a deep meaning and express the people´s attitude towards the future. On the green silk fabric, carpet waves, symbols of our world-renowned beautiful art, olive branches, symbols of prosperity and peace, crescents symbolizing brotherhood, unity, and life as the main star are placed. As well as on the occasion of the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute a scientific-practical conference was held with the participation of professors-teachers, graduate students, experts and students, entitled "Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag are the reliable foundation of the country´s stability". During this meeting, "The State Flag of Turkmenistan is a symbol of the unity of the Turkmen people, the independence of the country, and the strength of the state", "There is a high flag in front of the world, you shine in the west, the flag of the Motherland", "We are confident with you our green flag with Arkadagly country!" and professors and students spoke on the topics "Our national credit legislation is an unshakable pillar of our state". Scientific-practical conference takes its work from the general assembly then continued in the main division.

At the end of the meeting, they congratulated the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar who leads our people in a noble and happy life, and wished them good health, long life, and further success in his national and state-important work.
