A SEMINAR WAS HELD ON THE ROLE OF PULSES IN SUSTAINABLE FOOD SECURITY

The “GeoGIS” scientific club of the Department of Agricultural Reclamation held a student scientific seminar dedicated to World Pulses Day. The seminar was attended by students and teachers of the institute. The presentations focused on the benefits of legumes and cereals, their role in soil improvement, and the use of legumes as intercrops.

The students used presentation slides extensively in their presentations and expanded their knowledge through question-and-answer sessions after each presentation. This helped the young participants in the seminar improve their scientific and educational knowledge and professional skills.

The presentations by A. Sariyeva, a member of the “Young Designer” scientific club, H. Tayliyev, a member of the “Hydraulic Engineer” scientific club, and E. Ovezova, a second-year student in the Digital Management program, particularly stood out.

The participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to our Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who pave the way for world-class achievements in science and education and provide ample opportunities for young people to gain modern scientific experience.
