THE CONSTITUTION AND THE STATE FLAG – THE FOUNDATION OF STABILITY

In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, significant dates in our country’s history are celebrated with great enthusiasm. In this regard, on May 13, 2026, the Turkmen Agricultural Institute hosted a high-level scientific-practical conference titled “The Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan: A Reliable Foundation for Our Country’s Stability,” dedicated to the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan. During the event, reports from numerous faculty members were presented, several of which stood out for their depth and rigorous scientific analysis. In particular, the participants were highly impressed by the speech of A.Tagandurdyyeva, a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences, regarding the historical and political significance of the international initiatives of the Hero Arkadag. The presentation by D.Durdyyev, a senior lecturer at the Department of Tractors and Agricultural Machinery, was also quite impactful; he characterized the Constitution and the State Flag as sacred symbols of our Motherland’s independence. Furthermore, the scientific insights of B.Dosnazarov, a senior lecturer at the Department of Natural Sciences, regarding the State Flag as a symbol of our people’s peaceful and prosperous life, further underscored the conference’s importance. The conference was organized into five sections, where key issues were discussed, including the improvement of national legislation, the role of state symbols in diplomacy, the patriotic education of the youth. This scientific-practical conference marked a significant step in fostering a love for our sacred values within the hearts of the younger generation and in promoting the achievements of the national legal system.
