In order to prevent the harmful effects of the Aral Sea, prevent desertification, improve the melioration of all irrigated areas of the country, prevent salinization and prevent soil degradation in agricultural fields, horticultural activities are designed to ensure environmental stability and security, especially in relation to climate change, which proves that large-scale work is underway to their solution, using proposals of global significance.
